    Your Appointment

    Come to your appointment with dry hair (I usually do a dry cut).

    The reason for this is I like to see how your hair naturally falls. It doesn’t matter if your hair is straight, waves or curls – heads are like snowflakes no two are alike. If I do cut your hair dry, I will still wash and style so you leave feeling fresh and amazing.

    I tend to book up very quickly sometimes 2 - 3 weeks in advance depending on the day & time. Walk-ins are not usually available but you can always call and check for any last minute cancelations.

    Service & Satisfaction

    I take great pride in giving you exactly what you desire. If for any reason you are unsatisfied, please get in touch within 48 hours so we can discuss your concerns. Refunds are not issued but I am happy to adjust anything not to your liking.

    Late Policy

    Please arrive no later than 10 minutes after your scheduled time. Any later and you may have to reschedule. Rushing through your appointment is not an option for either one of us.

    Cancellation

    As a courtesy please give 24 hours in advance to cancel or make changes to your appointment.

  • Haircuts: $80 - $140

    All cuts include a wash & blow dry

    Bang trim & area clean-up (existing clients only): $15 - $30

  • Single process: (root touch-up under 1.5''): $100

    Virgin single process roots to ends: consultation required

    Bleach & tone roots (based on 1.5" regrowth): $250+

    Ombré/balayage: consultation required

    Highlights & lowlights: $175 - $350

    Color gloss: $100

    Color correction: consultation required

I’m Kim, owner of Hair. I’m an artist as well as a stylist who has been cutting hair for 19 years. Hair is a small, relaxed studio located in Greenpoint that I have been dedicated to for the past 15 years. 

I am very fortunate to have an intimate space where I can work with my clients one on one, and provide them with a style that works for their texture and makes them look and feel good.
